Life is better when you're together!

Happy Monday, Friends!

Well, we've been in Phoenix for (just about) a full month! It's been such a fun adventure for us (and so good for our marriage, too)!

Gotta love temporary living!

Garrett's arm is feeling great--much better than it was last year at this time! He threw in a scrimmage a couple days ago, and I was so proud of him & how he looked on the mound! In just 3 weeks, we will be packing up our car (again) and will head to wherever the Dodgers send us (either Rancho Cucamonga, CA or Chatanooga, TN). It's crazy to think Spring Training is wrapping up--we are so excited for season to start!

A Dodger's Spring Training Game!

I've been enjoying my daily routine (coffee, workout, shower, lunch, laundry, cleaning, & cooking) and look forward to Garrett's text each afternoon-- "I'm done for the day, please come pick me up from the field." :)

Selling Nerium (an anti-aging product backed by clinical research, giving REAL results) has been a great challenge for me! Garrett and I have been using it for 4 days now, and we are noticing such POSITIVE changes in our skin! I believe in Nerium, and would love to tell you more about it if you're at ALL interested in buying or selling it! www.taylorgould.nerium.com.

Nerium will help improve these things!

Tonight, we are going to see the new Jackie Robinson movie! Matt Kemp is hosting it-- free movie, pop, and popcorn! Sounds like a good date to me! I'll have to watch the Bachelor afterwards-- and keep myself off of social media, so I don't spoil the news of which girl he chooses (eek)!

Here's an easy & inexpensive recipe for you to try: Favorite One Dish Meal
From: my lovely Mom!

Ingredients:
2 large potatoes
1/3 C. converted rice
2 C. Tomato juice (I use more than this, so it's not dry)
1 lb. hamburger
Onion powder
sliced carrots (I like to use a lot)

Slice potatoes in the bottom of a greased 1.5 qt. casserole dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add rice and some of the tomato juice on top of the potatoes. Then add raw hamburger over the rice. Salt & pepper & onion powder the hamburger. Slice carrots over the top of the hamburger, and add the rest of the tomato juice. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1.5-2 hours (be sure the carrots are soft).
We sure do miss all of you guys & think of you often! Please keep in touch with us, as we'd love to know how each of you are doing!

Blessings,
Taylor Gould :)

Family time & a new personal venture...

Hey Everyone!

Well, Garrett & I had an absolutely wonderful weekend! My parents flew in Friday evening and left this afternoon (sadly). We had a lot of fun, and even when we weren't doing anything, it was just nice to be together & catch up on life. I sure have missed them! We enjoyed several Starbuck's dates, Spring Training & baseball, yummy meals (including a steak dinner), golfing, shopping, and many laughs! My mom asked me if I had found her a plane ticket to come back tomorrow... I think she's having withdrawals.

Garrett throwing a bullpen!
Soaking up the AZ sun with the best Dad around!
My best friend & mom!
My 2 favorite men golfing!
My mom brought me a recipe book, full of all her yummy recipes!
Family supper at our Apartment (and supporting the MSHS Mavericks)!

Garrett and I got roommates today! Angelo & Charnae Songco (and their little boy, Casey) moved in with us! We are happy to have them-- it will be nice for me to have some company when Garrett is at the field (and splitting living expenses is a plus, too).

I have been wanting to do something as a part time job, that can travel with me wherever baseball takes us--and I found just that! I am selling Nerium, which is an all in one skin product. It has done amazing things to people's skin--if you would like to see less wrinkles, less redness, less acne, less scars, less dark spots, and a tighter feeling/looking face, please check out my website: www.taylorgould.nerium.com. There is lots of information about this new discovery! Oh, and if you're interested in joining my team (and having the potential to earn some really good money), please get a hold of me! I'm looking for some driven, motivated, and passionate people to spread the Nerium love with! :)

Here's another favorite (inexpensive & easy to make) recipe:

Ingredients
3-4 chicken breasts
Egg noodles
3T flour
2 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. chicken mushroom soup
1 c. half and half cream
Salt & Pepper
Potato Chips
Grated cheese

Boil chicken breasts in pan of water with some allspice, salt, and bay leaf for about 30 minutes. Save the chicken broth! While chicken is boiling, cook 1 pkg. medium egg noodles like directed on package. Cut up the cooked chicken. Put noodles and chicken in a (greased) 9 by 13 glass baking dish. Make sauce: 3T flour, add 2 c. broth slowly, 1/2 c. mushroom soup, 1 c. half and half cream, salt and pepper. Pour sauce over noodles and chicken. Top with grated cheese and crushed potato chips. bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes. Cover with foil if chips get too brown! :)

Enjoy!

Thanks for reading & may God continue to bless you & your families!

Love,
Taylor Gould :)
